PTC offers full time PTC employees a Flexible Spending Account allowing employees to use pretax dollars for medical, health and wellness expenses.  Qualified reimbursements include co-pays, office visits, prescriptions, and more.  Unused monies from this account roll over each year.  Each account comes with debit card and online portal web access and assistance.

Dependent Care Assistance Plan 

Each full time employee can contribute pretax dollars into this fund for child care or dependent care expenses.  Qualified expenditures include elderly care, day care, summer camp and other dependent care solutions provided by qualified providers during employee duty hours.

Health Insurance

PTC offers discounted rates through group health insurance plan options.  Each full time employee may elect to participate in 1 of 3 group health insurance plans, designed to meet individual or family needs.

Life Insurance and ADD

PTC provides a competitive Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment policy to all full time employees while employed with PTC.

Long Term Disability Income Protection Insurance *

PTC provides all full time employees with Long Term Disability coverage to supplement a portion of your income in cases of long term disability from accident or sickness.

Educational Assistance

PTC supports and encourages professional development of employees by offering educational assistance for work related education and training.
